EVERETT UNIT 437 BOARD MEETING OF 06/21/2017

The meeting was called to order by President Marla Patterson at 6:45 pm. Present were JoAnn Smith,

Melinda Lawson, Mark Lawson, and Sharon Erwin.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Dave will resend minutes when he returns from his trip. Please review all three minutes, including

this one, and we will approve them at the next meeting.

2. Operating Agreement with D19 to hold their GNT in conjunction with our Sectional in March was

approved. See attached copy for details.

3. With a couple time tweaks, the rental agreement with Beautiful Savior Hall for the 2018 Sectional

(March 23-25) was approved. Jo will send the signed agreement and the deposit check to Julie (Julie

emailed me that it was received) and make copies for Marla and Sharon.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. No other business
