EVERETT UNIT 437 BOARD MEETING OF 9/12/12

The meeting was called to order by President JoAnn Smith at 6:48pm

Present were JoAnn Smith, Vena Paiva, Marla Patterson, Ernie Staudt, Al Walker, Sharon Erwin, and Ron Tracy.

We reviewed the logistics of our Sectional March 22-24 2013. The college is not an option as they once again cannot give us Sunday. Ernie has reviewed several place; board voted to try the Medallion Hotel at Smokey Point. We will have to make some adjustments for food etc. as this is at a hotel. Note: Contract has been signed and the schedule has been approved by ACBL. Sharon will have the flyers out mid OCT.

The "picnic" is all set for Marysville Senior Center for 16 Sep. Setup at 1100; food at 1200; bridge to follow. Ernie will bring the BBQs from JoAnne and Jack. Sharon will pick up the soda, dishes, etc.
