EVERETT UNIT 437 BOARD MEETING OF 11/20/13

The meeting was called to order by President JoAnn Smith at 6:35 pm. Present were JoAnn Smith, Marla Patterson, Ernie Staudt, Ron Tracy, and Sharon Erwin. Al Walker arrived later. Minutes of previous meeting have been posted; no corrections noted.

SECTIONAL: OK at the moment. Start baking.

CHRISTMAS PARTY:

1. CHEF: Ernie's chef bagged on us; Ernie will do the cooking; the chef will give him directions.

2. Ernie will talk to Gene to make sure the card tables are available. We will solicit for setup/cleanup crews.

3. BAR: Marla will get the party permit and the beer. Jack and Ron will bartend. Ron will get the wine and bring bar tools. Sharon will get the pop and lemons/limes.

4. ELECTIONS: Al will not run again. He will accept the appointment to fill out Donna's last year. Members on the ballot are Joe Ulrich, Ernie Staudt, and Ron Tracy. All members are reminded that it is everyone's duty to solicit new board members.

PICNIC: Deposit received back. Joanne and Ernie finally found the check and it has been deposited.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.

Next meeting scheduled for the second week of January (note: this was postponed until the 3rd week)
