EVERETT UNIT 437 BOARD MEETING OF 5/17/17

The meeting was called to order by President Marla Patterson at 6:30 pm.

Members present were Marla Patterson, Turid Fredrickson, David Fallen, Mark Lawson,

Melinda Lawson, and Sharon Erwin.

The special purpose of this meeting was to entertain a proposal by District 19 for hosting

two sections of the Grand National Teams (GNT) final flights at our next Everett

sectional.

The proposal was made by Tim White who provided a summary of relevant information

in a handout (attached). This information was discussed by attending board members.

Issues regarding need, cost sharing, potential impact on our own table count were

discussed

By consensus the board felt that the proposal should be a formal one and agreed to hear a

more detailed proposal. Mr. White will prepare a detailed proposal including specific

parameters of agreement.

Meeting adjourned 7:05 pm.
